Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment or the required deposit has been received. As many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, production lead times may vary and will be advised at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, shipping delays, supplier availability, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Demir Leather will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

There is safe and adequate access to the premises, including doorways, lifts, stairways and hallways;

Someone over the age of 18 is available to accept delivery.
Additional charges may apply if re-delivery, specialised access equipment, or additional delivery services are required.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Ownership of the products remains with Demir Leather until full payment has been received.
Storage
If delivery is delayed at the customer's request, Demir Leather may offer temporary storage where available. Storage fees may apply for extended periods.
