Change of Mind
Please choose carefully.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, Demir Leather does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, or if the product does not meet personal expectations.
Custom Orders
Custom-made, made-to-order, special order, clearance, floor stock and sale items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
Natural Material Variations
Demir Leather products are crafted using genuine leather, timber and other natural materials. Variations in colour, grain, texture, markings, creasing and finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Product samples, photographs and swatches are indicative only.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Customers should inspect all products upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please notify Demir Leather within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photographs of the issue;

A description of the damage or defect.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace or refund products that have a major fault.
